Make and Material
By purchasing our handmade items you understand the nature of handmade as containing slight variations due to the maker being human including variations in tone and colour due to all our items being dyed by hand one by one. By purchasing from us you are also stating that you understand that leather is an organic material and therefore can show scars or other marks from the animal's life.
All of our items are handmade to order. Due to the nature of our work we require a 4 to 7 day production time depending on how busy we are. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has been dispatched. Please don't hesitate to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to check on the status of your order at any time.
If you would like to expedite your order as you need it sooner than our usual production times please email us at email@example.com asap before making your order and if our workload allows we will be happy to expedite your order for you.
Returns and Exchanges
Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the date you received your order, unfortunately due to the handmade nature of our work after 14 days we are unable to offer a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange your order must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and be in it's original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once received the item will be inspected to confirm it is in an unused condition before a return or exchange is processed.
Due to the nature of these items we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any items that have been personalised or on our made to measure belts.

Our products are guaranteed to last a lifetime, if your item does develop a fault through everyday use please contact us via email at email@example.com and we will gladly repair or if necessary replace your item free of charge. Please note this does not include damage from over stuffing, misuse or exposure to liquids.
We use Royal Mail 2nd Class to send out all our UK orders, please allow 2 to 3 working days for delivery after dispatch.
We ship all our items internationally, please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery after dispatch for international orders. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
